Welcome to GroupBuy Experts. By accessing our website, registering an account, or participating in any of our group buy campaigns, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Please take the time to read this document carefully we've written it in plain language because we believe transparency is the foundation of a good relationship with our community.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Participant" or "Member") and GroupBuy Experts (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

To participate in any GroupBuy Experts campaign, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have a valid email address and provide accurate account information.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where group buy activities of this nature are prohibited.
• You must agree to use purchased products solely for your own personal or professional trading use.
• You must not share, redistribute, resell, or otherwise transfer the products you receive through our campaigns.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity, at our discretion, particularly where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or misuse of our platform.

A "campaign" is a group buy event organized around a specific product typically an Expert Advisor (EA) or trading tool. Here is how each campaign operates from start to finish:

• Campaign Opening: We announce a new campaign for a specific product and open a limited number of slots for purchase.
• Slot Reservation: Members purchase one or more slots to reserve their place in the campaign.
• Slot Filling Period: The campaign remains open until all available slots are filled. This period can vary it might be a few days or several weeks depending on demand and campaign size.
• Vendor Purchase: Once all slots are filled, we proceed to purchase the product directly from the official vendor or developer.
• Distribution: After we receive the product from the vendor, we distribute it to all slot holders who are in good standing.

We do not guarantee a fixed timeline for campaign completion. While we make every effort to provide estimated timeframes, these are estimates only. Campaigns may take longer than expected if slots fill slowly.

When you purchase a slot in a campaign, you are making a commitment to participate in that group buy. Slot purchases represent your intention to receive the product once the campaign completes. Here's what you need to know:

• Slot prices are fixed at the time of campaign launch and will not change during the campaign.
• You may purchase multiple slots in a single campaign where permitted.
• Slots are non-transferable to other individuals but may be converted to alternative products under our slot transfer policy (see Section 6).
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
• A purchase confirmation will be emailed to you upon successful slot reservation.

Delivery of products purchased through GroupBuy Experts operates differently from conventional e-commerce. We want to be absolutely clear about this so there are no surprises:

• No Instant Delivery: You will not receive your product immediately after purchase. Delivery only happens after the campaign's slots are fully filled AND we have received the product from the vendor.
• Delivery Notification: We will contact you via email once your product is ready for delivery. Please ensure your account email address is active and you check it regularly.
• Delivery Method: Products are delivered digitally typically as license keys, download links, or account credentials, depending on the vendor's format.
• Post-Campaign Timeline: After a campaign fills, we typically complete the vendor purchase and initiate delivery within 3–10 business days, though this can vary.

We understand that circumstances change, and we have built our refund policy to be as fair as possible while maintaining the viability of our campaigns. Please read this section carefully, as our refund terms are different from typical e-commerce businesses.

When you can request a refund or slot conversion:

• Refund requests are accepted after all slots in your campaign have been filled.
• You may not cancel a slot mid-campaign (while slots are still filling) unless the campaign is cancelled by us.
• Once the campaign fills and the waiting period expires, you may request a full refund of your slot cost.
• Alternatively, you may convert your slot value into credit toward a different active campaign of equal or greater value (paying any difference if applicable).

Slot conversion options: Rather than a cash refund, you may choose to redirect your slot value to any of our other open campaigns. This is a flexible option that lets you try a different product without losing your investment.

Non-refundable situations:

• Refunds will not be issued if you have already received and downloaded the product.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after product delivery.
• Slots are not refundable during an active campaign (while filling is in progress), except in cases of campaign cancellation by us.

GroupBuy Experts is built on the principle of 100% authentic, original products. We want to be unequivocal about this:

• Every product distributed through our platform is purchased directly from the official vendor or developer.
• We do not distribute cracked, modified, nulled, or pirated software of any kind.
• Products retain their original licensing and are delivered in the same format the vendor provides.
• We do not make representations about vendor warranties or ongoing support these are subject to each vendor's own policies.

If you ever have reason to question the authenticity of a product you received through us, please contact us immediately. We take product integrity seriously and will investigate any such claim without delay.

As a member of our community, you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any product received through GroupBuy Experts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
• Post false reviews, manipulate campaign data, or misrepresent your identity.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or our staff.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of slot value without refund, and referral to relevant authorities where legally appropriate.

GroupBuy Experts makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions, campaign timelines, and service quality. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any trading losses incurred as a result of using products obtained through our platform.
• We do not warrant that any Expert Advisor or trading tool will produce profitable results.
• We are not responsible for vendor-side issues such as license deactivations, software bugs, or product discontinuation after delivery.
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant slot.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active members via email.

Your continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account and, if applicable, request any eligible refunds per Section 6.
