Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate file access, standard physical returns do not apply. Our refund policy strictly covers functional and file integrity defects:

• 7-Day Functional Guarantee: We offer a 7-day refund guarantee strictly if an Expert Advisor or indicator is corrupted or non-functional on supported MetaTrader platforms.
• Support & Replacement First: If you experience a defective or missing file, you must contact support within 7 calendar days of purchase with terminal log screenshots so our technical team can provide working replacement files or setup assistance.
• Unresolvable File Errors: If a digital tool remains demonstrably non-functional or corrupt and our team cannot resolve the issue, a full 100% refund will be issued.
