Our 7-Day Technical Guarantee

At ForexGroupBuy, every Expert Advisor (EA), indicator, and algorithmic preset package is pre-tested in real MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 environments before being published. Because our products are digital, instantly downloadable software packages that cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final.

However, to protect your purchase, we provide a 7-day refund guarantee strictly in cases where a product file is corrupted or demonstrably non-functional on supported platforms, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue with working replacement files.

Eligible Refund Conditions (7-Day Limit)

You are eligible for a full refund strictly under the following criteria:

  • Corrupt Download Archive: The downloaded file archive is damaged, broken, or cannot be extracted despite using standard archive software (WinRAR, 7-Zip), and we are unable to provide an alternative working download link.
  • Fatal Functional Defect: The Expert Advisor or indicator crashes the terminal, fails to attach to charts, or produces fatal initialization errors on a clean, compatible MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 terminal, and the issue cannot be resolved by our technical team.
  • Missing Critical Files: The package is missing necessary dependent libraries, include files, or essential presets required for proper execution, and support is unable to supply them.

Reporting Requirement: You must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. To process your request efficiently, you must provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and screenshots of your MetaTrader Experts and Journal terminal tabs showing the error log.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Because our software is delivered digitally with instant access, refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds if you change your mind, decide you no longer want the tool, or ordered the wrong product by mistake after the download link has been accessed.
  • Trading Losses or Performance: We do not issue refunds based on market results or lack of trading profitability. Forex and CFD markets are inherently volatile. No automated system or indicator guarantees trading profits. Results depend entirely on market conditions, broker execution, settings, and risk parameters.
  • User Configuration or Installation Error: Issues caused by failing to follow included installation guides (such as failing to enable "Allow Algo Trading", failing to enable "Allow DLL imports", or placing files in the wrong data folders).
  • Broker or Server Incompatibilities: Issues caused by uncooperative broker spreads, incompatible account leverage, server latency, or local computer limitations not related to the tool itself.
  • Requests After 7 Days: Any refund inquiry submitted after the 7-day period from the date of purchase.

How the Refund Process Works

To submit a refund request for a corrupt or non-functional file, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Technical Support: Email support@forexgroupbuy.com or submit an inquiry through our Contact page.
  2. Include Verification Details: Mention your registered email address, Order ID, the exact product name, and attach screenshot evidence of the terminal error (Experts/Journal tab).
  3. Technical Review & Troubleshooting: Our technical team will review the issue within 24 to 48 business hours. In most cases, we provide updated build files, missing DLLs, or installation guidance to get your tool running smoothly.
  4. Refund Issuance: If our team verifies that the product build is corrupt or non-functional and cannot be repaired or replaced, a 100% refund will be approved immediately.

Refund Processing & Payouts

  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original method used during checkout (credit/debit card, payment processor, or cryptocurrency).
  • Processing Timelines: Credit card and payment gateway refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Account Status: Upon approval of a full refund, access to the corresponding product download and future updates for that item will be revoked.
