These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your relationship with GroupBuy Experts as a service provider. While our Terms & Conditions focus on specific campaign rules and refund policies, this document covers the broader scope of how you interact with our platform, what services we provide, and what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

By creating an account or participating in any campaign, you're entering a service agreement with us. We've kept this document as straightforward and readable as possible. If something isn't clear, our support team is always available to explain.

The Service We Provide

GroupBuy Experts operates as an organized group buying service for financial trading tools and Expert Advisors. Here is exactly what our service includes and what it does not include:

What we do:

  • We organize and manage group buy campaigns for verified, original trading products.
  • We communicate directly with vendors to confirm product availability and pricing before opening a campaign.
  • We collect slot payments from participants and hold them securely until a campaign fills.
  • We purchase the product directly from the official vendor once all slots are filled.
  • We distribute the purchased product to all valid slot holders in a timely manner.
  • We provide ongoing customer support throughout the campaign lifecycle.

What we do not do:

  • We do not guarantee any trading performance or financial results from products purchased through our platform.
  • We do not provide trading advice, financial planning services, or investment recommendations.
  • We do not modify, crack, or alter any software product we distribute.
  • We do not provide vendor technical support that remains the vendor's responsibility.

Account Registration & Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account. This includes:

  • Keeping your login credentials private and not sharing them with any other person.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Ensuring all information you provide during registration is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Being solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and requesting your password, please report it immediately.

Payment Processing & Financial Terms

All slot purchases are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at the time of slot reservation. Here's what you need to know about how we handle payments:

  • All prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at the time of slot reservation, not at the time of product delivery.
  • We do not store your full card details all sensitive payment data is handled by our payment processor.
  • Failed payments will result in your slot not being reserved. We cannot hold slots pending payment resolution.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Waiting Period & Campaign Progression

We know that waiting after a purchase isn't the norm in modern e-commerce. But our model is built around collective purchasing, which means the timeline is inherently tied to how quickly a campaign fills. We want to be completely transparent about this:

When you buy a slot, you're committing to a process not purchasing from a warehouse with stock ready to ship. Think of it like a pre-order that only moves forward when the full group is assembled. We keep you informed at every stage:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your slot is reserved.
  • We send progress updates when campaigns reach significant milestones (e.g., 50%, 75%, 100% filled).
  • You'll receive a delivery notification as soon as we've completed distribution.

Patience pays here. Every person who has gone through one of our campaigns and received their product has paid a fraction of the retail price for a 100% authentic tool. That outcome is only possible because everyone in the group waited together. We honor that patience with fair treatment at every step.

Intellectual Property & License Use

Products distributed through GroupBuy Experts are licensed, not sold outright. When you receive a product, you receive the right to use it as permitted under the vendor's license terms. This means:

  • You may not share, copy, redistribute, or resell any product you receive through our platform.
  • License use is typically for your own personal or professional trading activities only.
  • Multi-account or multi-device use is subject to the individual vendor's license restrictions.
  • GroupBuy Experts retains no intellectual property rights over the products distributed all IP remains with the original developer/vendor.

Violating license terms is a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action by the original vendor.

Dispute Resolution

We genuinely want every participant to have a positive experience. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it:

  • Step 1 – Contact Support: Reach out to us directly with your concern. Most issues are resolved at this stage. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
  • Step 2 – Escalation: If your concern isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate to our management team by requesting escalation in writing.
  • Step 3 – Formal Dispute: If the matter remains unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction and may be subject to binding arbitration where permitted by law.

We strongly encourage resolving any issue through direct communication before pursuing formal dispute channels. We are reasonable people who genuinely care about doing right by our members.

Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep our platform available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes.
  • Modify, discontinue, or expand our services at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Close or modify active campaigns in exceptional circumstances, with appropriate refunds issued.

We will always communicate significant changes via email to affected members before they take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and consumer protection laws. By using our service, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to our operating location for any disputes that arise under or in connection with these terms.
